Privacy Statement

This page explains what HRT Mobile Welding learns about you through hrtmobilewelding.com, what we do with it, and how to have it changed or deleted. Short version: we use what you send us to answer you and quote your job, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
When you call, email or fill in our quote form, we get what you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, the kind of project, your description of it, and any photo or file link you include. We keep it for as long as we're working with you, then delete it when the work is done and nothing else requires us to keep it.
The site also uses a few cookies to count visits and measure our Google ads. That's covered on our Cookies and Your Privacy Choices page.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the messages you send through our forms, and checks those forms for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). Resend delivers those messages to our inbox. With your consent, or where the law allows it without consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and ClickCease see how the site is used. We have a data processing agreement with Google, and Google may not use that data for its other services.
We have not sold anyone's personal information in the past 12 months. We share it beyond the companies above only when the law, a court order or a public-safety investigation requires it, or with the new owners if HRT Mobile Welding is ever sold or merged.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no: the site loads without analytics or advertising tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we have it, and who we've shared it with
- send you a copy of it in a common format
- correct it, delete it, or stop or limit using it
- never sell or share it, and limit how any sensitive information is used
Use the request form on our Cookies and Your Privacy Choices page, or contact us below. We'll confirm it's really you before we hand over or change anything, so we never act on someone else's request by mistake. We may keep information the law lets us keep, for example to finish a job you asked for, prevent fraud, or meet a legal obligation. Using these rights never changes the service or price you get from us. If we turn down a request, you can appeal, and if we turn down the appeal you can complain to your state's attorney general or privacy agency (in California, the California Privacy Protection Agency).
Security
Only the people who need your information to do the work can get to it, access is protected, and we review those measures regularly. We expect the same from the companies that handle data for us.

This statement doesn't cover sites we link to. Check their own privacy policies before you use them.
Children
This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of consent where they live. If you're under that age, please don't send us personal information.
Changes
When this statement changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you where we can.
